The Panch Pokhari Trek is a beautiful and less-crowded pilgrimage and trekking route in the northeastern Himalayas of Nepal. It leads to the sacred group of five alpine lakes known as Panch Pokhari, located at an altitude of about 4,100m.
This trek is special for both nature lovers and religious pilgrims. Hindus believe the lakes are sacred and dedicated to Lord Shiva, and every year many pilgrims visit during Janai Purnima festival. The trail offers stunning views of Jugal Himal, Dorje Lakpa, Langtang range, and Rolwaling Himal, along with rich Tamang and Sherpa culture.
